Hi, we're Julie and Laura Cooper — the proud mother-and-daughter duo behind ClickDrive. Back in 2003, Kevin Simmons set out with a simple mission: to create the best driving school around... by far! We're honoured to carry on what he started, keeping the same friendly, supportive approach that's helped so many people learn to drive with confidence.
With 37 years of combined experience between us, we've seen first-hand how life-changing it is to get behind the wheel for the first time — and we're proud to guide learners every step of the way. Whether you're here for your very first lesson or just need a little refresher, we'll make sure your time with us is safe, encouraging, and yes... even fun. As far as our instructors go we share the same care for them too, if they ever need any support or simply want a chat and a catch up they can pop in and we'll have the kettle on a biscuit or two at the ready.
All our instructors are qualified ADI' and fully DBS checked. We only take on driving instructors who are professional, punctual, organised, honest and hard-working. There is more to being a great driving instructor than just having the ADI licence!
We will teach you to drive in a fun, organised, logical way, to a high standard above and beyond the test standard set by the DVSA. We want you to enjoy your lessons and look toward to them each week.
We are always focussed on giving you the best value for money on every single driving lesson and won't sell you a single lesson you don't need.
Our driving instructors understand that you may be nervous, and they know how to put you at ease. They also know that driving lessons aren't cheap, and they will work really hard to get the most out of every driving lesson for you.
We have an advantage over the national driving schools because We live and operate in your local area and to us you are a real person and not just a number.
You can take your lessons locally around your current work/ school commitments, and you will also benefit from our vast knowledge of the local area. This will become invaluable once you are ready to take the test.
